THE GOMEZ FAMILY
November 2024
My wife and I cannot express our deepest gratitude enough for your patience and dedication to our request when it came time to finally put to rest the smallest member of our family, Chance.
From our first visit, we knew that you had not only our wishes in mind, but also what was best for Chance.
Again, thank you soo Gina much for everything you did for our family. We will NEVER forget it.

We highly recommend Dr. Gina when you know it's time to send your precious furball across the Rainbow Bridge.
We are thankful, Dr. Gina offered this service at our residence. The place our pets were accustomed to. This made it less stressful for Atlas and Mr. Red. It was less stressful for us.
Dr. Gina showed compassion.
She is soothing due to her gentle demeanor, which relaxed us as well as our pets. She was caring, courteous, and respectful.
Dr. Gina understood how heartbreaking this process was for all of us.
Atlas passed away quickly, and we could see he didn't suffer. When the day came for Mr. Red, he left us peacefully, too. We were grateful they were able to leave this world in their own beds while at home with loved ones.

~ Forever Grateful ~
We met Dr. Bartlett in an unexpected way, she was scheduled to euthanize my fur baby. However, on that day, something changed; our shaggy boy showed a spark of his old self. Instead of going through with the procedure, Dr. Bartlett took the time to review his case and chose to help us instead.
That compassion and courage meant everything to me.
She treated our boy with love, care, and the gentlest bedside manners. Thanks to her, we had more precious time together, moments I’ll forever cherish.
When he eventually passed, I lost not only my fur baby but my little sidekick in life.
Losing my Shaggy Bear was the hardest moment, but I find comfort knowing he was cared for by someone who truly understood.
Thank you, Dr. Bartlett, for being our light in such a dark time.

Dr. Bartlett is without question, one of the most compassionate and capable professionals in the veterinary field.
When the emergency vet delivered the difficult news that our beloved Jake needed to put be put down. We made the decision to drive home immediately. Unfortunately, by this time, we would arrive around 8 PM on Friday. The in-home veterinary service number I had saved for years told us that they had no appointments available after 6 PM. The idea of “scheduling“ a moment like this felt unimaginable. Jake needed urgent, compassionate help that couldn’t wait for business hours.
We called several other services only to hear that they too were unavailable until the following day or later, far too late for Jake.
During that long, heart wrenching drive, we reached out to a dear friend in the veterinary community who referred us to Dr. Bartlett. From our first contact, Dr. Bartlett was extraordinary, despite never having met us or Jake. She offered to come to our home that same night after 10 PM traveling all the way from Santa Cruz to the South Bay. She did so without hesitation, knowing how much it meant to us and our son, flying from the East Coast, would have the chance to say goodbye to his childhood companion.
No one else had shown such selflessness or compassion.
Throughout the entire process, Dr. Bartlett was gentle, understanding, and profoundly kind. She explained each step with grace and patience, allowing us the time and space to ensure Jake was peaceful and comfortable. Her calm presence immediately soothed him and us in those final moments. We truly felt she was an angel sent to help Jake find rest.
We will never be able to adequately express our gratitude for the care, empathy and humanity, Dr. Bartlett extended to our family that night. She made one of life’s most difficult experiences as beautiful and as peaceful as it could possibly be. For that we are forever thankful.
